Is long hair cool in guys? not emo long metal long?

I have similar but much thicker and darker hair than the guy in the first of your "metal" section and I also own that tee. I have women flock all over me even though I am with my partner (a woman in case you had any other ideas) so that might answer your question!!

Maybe try to find a long wig in your color to see what it looks like before dedicating yourself to growing it out? Or you could always buy a dry-erase marker and draw one over your reflection in the mirror, although you might find yourself laughing too hard to actually evaluate your look.
At any rate, I say at least try it out in some way or another. Even if you grow it out and decide you don't like it, you can just chop it off.

i dislike 'metal' hair on guys, it just looks too messy,
however 'emo long hair' can look nice on guys as long as they dont style their fringe or have five different colours in their hair
natural tones look nice :)

I dont know what you are talking about but my husband got long hair and he looks so MASCULINE and its such a turn on for me but he is so goodlooking and young as well
