How to get the domain name travel.dayana.biz ?

I already own dayana.biz and I want to have a site called travel.dayana.biz
It needs to have its own index. html file, because it will be run off joomla!

How do I do that? Do I just create the html file and load it on my server? How can I do that if it needs to have its own index file? Do I have to buy the name? How do you ever make a site name with an extra (.)?

  You create the subdomain for travel (Depending on where you bought your domain, you may or may not be able to do this) Most places allow you to create subdomains in the control panel, and it will also make a subfolder for that subdomain. So the index file for travel.dayana.biz will be found under the /travel/. And you can make as many subdomains as your registar allows, so you can even make travelto.dayana.biz too or whatever you want.
