Undecided Question

Tab function.... possible
I am getting ready to work with Joomla. I really like the tabs on the top of this template - http://www.joomlart.com/templates_club/club_portfolio/ja_raite.html I have the need to have two rows of these tabs. Is this possible? This is very important for my site. Thanks for any help!
